Training plans
Who would this benefit?
We have a variety of coaches with vast amount of training and coaching experience. Our coaches have put together custom training plans that you can purchase from our website. These training plans have options for BEGINNER and INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED levels and designate a specific race or target they are customized for.
The plan is not catered to an individual, but offers instructions on best means for rearranging the training schedule, as well as builds in flexibility when able, to allow an athlete to take the training content and rearrange as needed to the specifics of their own schedule. Therefore, athletes who purchase a customized plan need to be autonomous, as they will not have additional contact with a coach or assistance with tailoring their training to particular needs. However, at Peak Run Performance we pride ourselves in PROVIDING THOROUGH EXPLANATION and SUPPLEMENTAL CONTENT to assist our athletes in achieving the best understanding of how to complete the training activities, how to promote injury prevention and facilitate enhanced biomechanics as well as receive additional information for race preparation, hydration and fueling recommendations and additional information to maximize knowledge and outcomes.
